Brand Strategy – Master Studies
More and more, designers are included into innovative business processes from the start off, due to their dual role as problem solver and entrepreneur. Cultural or demographic developments are of equal importance as sociological aspects and technical progress.
In this module students will explore the designers role as a conceptual thinker and creative process leader within a project team. Starting off from the analytical phase, we will engage in a intense process from first ideation to rigorous conceptual planning. Visionary problems and questions will be formulated, expedited, and examined in interdisciplinary teams, considering different opinions and perspectives. We will touch on all main brand building aspects and methods and interweave these with the critical design thinking methods from the previous modules.
The students quite probably will have to work with real challenges from an external project partner and perform external interviews, workshops and presentations. The goal is realistic training of strategic process in a collaborative setting.
